Intro to Contemplation - Finding Peace of Mind in a Restless World
A 90-minute introduction to Contemplation — a practice that helps you slow down, think more clearly using a systematic framework, make the right decisions, and live more peacefully. It helps you achieve freedom from overthinking, stress, guilt, insecurity, people pleasing and such other behaviors that aren't allowing you to maximize your potential and peace of mind.
You will learn two foundational Contemplate mind fitness principles and practice simple Contemplation exercises that begin your journey from restlessness to peace. You will also work on a real life situation or question you might have in your life and use the Contemplate principles to find solution that is right for you.
The session will be led by Sally Choi, a certified Contemplate Mind Fitness coach. She will also share how Contemplation helped her become less restless and more peaceful in her personal and professional life and how she uses it on a daily basis to choose peace of mind over short term happiness.
