If you’ve been craving space to slow down and actually listen inward, this workshop is for you.

Soften Into Self is a guided somatic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body and meet your inner world with clarity and care. Through guided somatic inquiry, breath, and gentle movement, you’ll be supported in noticing what’s present, without pressure to fix, change, or perform.

This is a space to soften your defenses, build trust with your body, and return to yourself with curiosity and compassion.
